Traditional drop shipping is getting much harder nowadays, so u will find its pretty hard to just follow the trending products what others are selling at same time. here are some ideas we suggest from the big sellers' experience
1: Test different markets. USA is definitely the biggest one to target but CPP is getting higher and higher, while some other markets has good buying ability as well, some of our uk customers doing 100-300 orders daily as well. same like other markets especially latin american countries like brazil. so an old winner from USA might still sell in other countries with local language ads
2:influencers, many Eu customers we work with use more influencers marketing. and its also easy to build a brand, once u have some data from your buyers u can run ads as well
3: copy wisely. find the big brand, and check whether u can do better in same country or just copy it and sell in other different market.
4:think long term, build a brand. branding is so hard, but once u have a good brand, it has so many benefits.
5:start little and dive deeper. dont buy too much inventory. cashflow is the most important thing, u need find your audience, and accumulate and meanwhile improve everything you can.

Another point i missed is selling some unique products which cant be shipped by most lines, like products containes liquids, big battery. toy guns which are so hot this year but many suppliers dont have resources to ship,

1: Update tracking numbers to each transaction using tools
2: Answer and reply cases quickly
3: Don’t withdraw all money suddenly, leave 10-20%
4: Fulfill orders quickly
5: Scale up smoothly not suddenly
6: Don’t hesitate with a half refund or full refund
7: Make sure products u sell and people receive are the same
8: Clear shipping time notice on your website and make sure your orders fulfilled within that time frame
9: either not selling clothes or make sure your sizing matching, and make sure u have a return option for people who bought wrong sizes

Some main niches that are selling well recently is pets products, women niches, anything makes them feel better or look better or slim sells well. home kitchen stuff.
